The Gran Fondo Moab will be emulating an old Italian tradition. We will be riding the most spectacular mountain pass in the Manti-La Sals, widely known as the Loop Road. We will start and finish in the beautiful red rocks of Moab, Utah and will climb over 5500 feet in 60 miles.
This cycling event will not be run as a sanctioned race, as a majority of the riders will be participating for the enjoyment of riding a signed route through beautiful scenery with their friends and teammates. That said, as any serious cyclist knows, there is also satisfaction with not only completing an epic ride but with comparing your times with other riders afterward. We will ensure that all riders receive an accurate time and placing for their efforts. Safety is paramount on this ride, as we will be riding open, narrow, mountain roads.

Paying homage to the mother of all rough road races, there is a new road race in Northwest Colorado that will challenge all of your skills as a bike racer – speed, handling, power, tactics, team, and grit. Steamboat Roubaix – Hell of the High Rockies brings a fun and challenging course to pro-am racers looking to test their racing skills in a good ol’ fashioned peloton. Not interested in the pressure of entering a race category? We’ve got you covered with ‘citizens ride’ option to cruise the course at fun speed while enjoying the on-course support.
This ain’t no Gran Fondo and hopefully it won’t be a Tough Mudder either.

Event Details
Unfortunately in June 2020 we were not able to celebrate the 35th Annual Ride The Rockies due to the COVID-19 pandemic. It was hard but definitely the right choice and we hope everyone remains safe and well. We are looking forward to hosting more than 2000 riders from around the world to explore the Colorado Rocky Mountains by bicycle in 2021. It is a wonderful route and we know how much everyone was looking forward to it.
Registration for the 2021 Ride The Rockies is open so sign up now.
In 1986, 1,500 cyclists pedaled off on a 300-plus mile citizen’s tour that crossed three mountain passes and became an annual tradition called Ride The Rockies. The tour that Outside Magazine called a “celebration of fitness” now celebrates its 35th year as a beloved Colorado institution sponsored by the Denver Post Community Foundation. Ride The Rockies embraces not only cyclists but the towns, sponsors, volunteers and Colorado residents who enjoy following the annual multi-day event.
While the Tour route changes each year, the benefits and responsibilities of each host community remain the same. Benefits include publicity, positive economic impact, fundraising opportunities and a grant provided to an eligible non-profit agency in each host town by The Denver Post Community Foundation. Cyclists in 2019 spent an average of $250,000 in a 24-hour period in each town and many planned to return at a later date as tourists. Host communities provide alternative lodging, inexpensive community meals and entertainment.
Riders on past Ride The Rockies have represented all 50 states and 18 foreign countries. Ride The Rockies is a non-competitive event open to cyclists of all ages and participants are encouraged to ride at their own pace.
Proceeds from Ride The Rockies benefit The Denver Post Community Foundation. All funds raised are returned directly to Colorado nonprofits.

Event Details
Anyone following cycling the last few years knows that riding bikes on gravel roads is having its moment. The mix of scenery, safety and challenge have all conspired to make the road less traveled more desirable. Get off the paved path and you’ll encounter fewer cars and more solitude and serenity. That’s the inspiration behind the first annual RTR Getaway Gold Rush Gravel Tour, a three-day self to semi-supported ride that circumnavigates Colorado’s famed Gold Belt region, an area rich in old west mining history and replete with stunning scenery — and amazing gravel roads.
Starting in Woodland Park, this testing route traces a 222.3-mile or 155.10 mile counterclockwise loop that passes through Cripple Creek, Cañon City, Victor, and Colorado Springs. There are two route options: a more relaxed, easy going option or a more challenging option both in distance and elevation. Pick what works for you. Notable highlights include Shelf Road, Red Rock Park, Temple Canyon, Phantom Canyon Road, Victor Pass, and Gold Camp Road. But most impressive of all is that the Gold Rush Gravel challenge route is 55% off-pavement (122.6 miles total) and features a leg-leg burning 21,747 feet of climbing. Remember there are more relaxed options on Day 1 and 3, which significantly reduce total mileage and climbing. It is a getaway – do what is most enjoyable for you!
Route Options:
Relaxed Gravel Route: 155.10 Miles/14,810′ Approximate Elevation Gain
Challenge Gravel Route: 222.3 Miles/21,747′ Approximate Elevation Gain

The Team Evergreen® Tour de Victory™ is a charity fundraising event to raise awareness for Parkinson’s Disease while benefiting the Davis Phinney Foundation®.
A 100K Advanced Ride, 50K Challenge Ride, and special Parkinson’s Peloton™ — each a path toward a personal victory.
There are an estimated 17,000 people living with Parkinson’s disease in Colorado and more than 1 million nationwide. A chronic and progressively degenerative disease for which there is no cure, people with Parkinson’s endure an array of symptoms that impede movement, comfort and clarity. For many, it impacts half a lifetime.
The Davis Phinney Foundation provides essential information, practical tools and inspiration to people living with Parkinson’s. By funding early-phase, innovative research that focuses on exercise, speech, movement and other factors that affect daily life, we help make it possible to live well with Parkinson’s today.

Event Details
For more than three decades, thousands of cyclists have come together to conquer mountains and raise more than $50 million for Children’s Hospital Colorado over the years in the annual Courage Classic Bicycle Tour.
This year’s event will be limited to 500 participants. For those who can’t make the in-person event, there is a virtual option.
This year’s theme is extra special: Courage Can’t Be Stopped
because in the face of adversity, medical challenges, and even a global pandemic…
The courage of the kids, families, and caregivers for whom we “ride” cannot be stopped.
And neither can our committed Courage Classic community.
This year’s distance-based virtual tour format will broaden the possibilities beyond what any of us ever dreamed. While we encourage you to continue to keep the incredible tradition of cycling alive – around the block, in your basement on your Peloton, or out on the trails or roads for the full tour mileage – we know that this will be challenging for some. Whatever challenging activity you choose, set a distance-based goal – and you can ride, spin, run, hike, swim, row, walk or go the distance for children’s health in whatever way you choose to support Children’s Colorado.

Event Details
Mile for mile, the 719 Ride is one of the most challenging single-day cycling events in Colorado.
The 719 Ride is a 100% self-supported, grassroots, group cycling ride organized and held in Colorado Springs, CO.
It’s an unsponsored, word-of-mouth, Festival of Never-Ending Ascending held on a loop course of neighborhood roads. It’s where repetition happens and beauty is found in a merry-go-round of uphilly-ness.
Five laps (71.9 miles and 9,190′ of elevation gain) is the signature ride, but you can ride as many laps as your brain can handle and your legs and lungs allow.
Without any on-course support or aid stations and ridden when the thermometer is typically in the low-to-mid 90s, the 719 Ride is as challenging as any single-day ride in Colorado. The course is relentless, unwavering and never defeated.
But the 719 Ride is a challenge that can be tailored to any fitness level.
Ride as many laps as your brain can handle and your legs allow. Your 719 Ride adventure won’t end until you choose to end it.

Each year, Venus de Miles brings over a thousand women together for sisterhood, community, and a great time, all in support of Greenhouse Scholars. Venus de Miles will celebrate our 14th year on August 28, 2021!
In 2020, Venus de Miles Colorado moved locations to Bohn Park along the banks of the St. Vrain in beautiful Lyons, Colorado. This location offers access to some of Colorado’s most popular cycling routes with awe-inspiring views. The gorgeous and completely revamped Bohn Park runs along the beautiful riverbanks of the St. Vrain, offering riders access to a larger venue with amazing amenities. It also allows us to bring new perks and fun activities to our event that the whole family will enjoy. As always, Venus de Miles will offer a variety of course options to accommodate any active woman, and an iconic finish line festival that treats participants to great food, free drinks, and pampering spa treatments—philanthropy has surely never felt so good!
Ride with us in the name of sisterhood and change.
